Thank you so much for coordinating our recent trip to Italy. It has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember and even with the Covid hoops to jump through, this trip was amazing! I want to give Laura a huge shout out for being so diligent in all of the work that was done. She spent so much time researching, what paperwork was needed to meet the Italian government’s ever changing Covid requirements as well as the requirements of our airlines. She even sent reminders to get the European Visitor Registration and the hotel's registration paperwork filled out and even helped me find a location near my home to get the covid test! Who would have thought that the testing sites are not open on Sundays!
Laura's guidance in helping to establish an itinerary and securing tour guides was such a relief! I never would have thought of seeing so many of the "must see" places in Italy on my own! With Laura's help we saw the Colosseum (behind the scenes), the Vatican with breakfast in the Popes garden, Florence, San Marino, Venice and Cinque Terre plus a last minute detour to Pisa! While this sounds like a crazy busy schedule, there was actually a lot of down time! Laura had also researched the train system and had given us the heads up on what to expect, so it wasn't too overwhelming to navigate.
Finally, Laura researched our lodgings and we stayed in very clean and quiet hotels and a very nice Air BnB home.
Thanks to Laura, my husband is now more willing to travel abroad, and I will always use Laura for my traveling adventures as I now have the bug and can't wait for my next trip!!

Thank you for booking our awesome trip to Maui! The room was huge and gave us plenty of space to relax. The resort was perfect for the family with the pool and beach just 5 minutes from our room. And thank you for getting the car rental fixed after they lost our reservation. I know it took you a couple of hours on the phone…no way I could have handled that the day before our flight. I appreciate you!

It’s been 2 years since our Alaska Cruise and I wanted to write again about our experiences with Travel By Laura! First, if you haven’t been through her ‘blogs’, you should go there to see the depth of her own experiences as a world traveler, photographer, and blogger. All of this is wrapped up in a fun-loving, talented, hard-working person who is ready to serve others. She shines above the rest---so much more than just a “travel agent!”
Because of Laura, we now have the travel bug! In 2018 we booked another cruise to go to the Greek Islands---as a matter of fact we are supposed to be there now, but with the pandemic everything is on hold. For two years, Laura kept on top of our payments, advised us on insurance, and helped us book hotels in Athens prior to the cruise. As we got closer, she started sending us detailed descriptions of what we would see on each island, plus some history and myths that were associated with the ruins that we were to see. We were so excited to go!
My hat is off to Laura who navigated through all the red tape that’s involved in refunds and rebooking. She stayed on top of the situation and kept us informed every step of the way. We have rebooked and can hardly wait for the Greek Islands in 2021. We are ready for another world class travel experience! Come join us!!!

Our family had an incredible experience booking our Disney trip with Laura. Not only did she go above and beyond to help us understand and select the best options for us, but she was very proactive in keeping us updated on changes. We booked our trip prior to the COVID pandemic, and like many others had to make modifications. We simply could not have done it without Laura's assistance. She kept us informed with frequent updates and helped us revise our travel plans as needed. It was a wonderful experience working with Laura and we will never plan a trip without her again! I just recently returned from an awesome vacation to Cabo San Lucas. Our girls trip was one to remember, and it was all possible because of Laura Segura . She’s the travel agent that worked with us in finding the best vacation package for us. She was patient and understood what we wanted and didn’t want. She worked with the budget we had and always had an answer for every issue that would arise. If you’re looking for a travel agent to assist you with your traveling needs, Laura is the one for you!!! I sure will be contacting Laura again for my next adventure!!!

My husband and I (AARP qualified---Lol) were so excited about booking our very first cruise AND our very first trip to Alaska.
After many conversations with Laura, our concerns were quickly alleviated. She produced a very detailed itinerary with descriptions about every stop we were going to make. All of our questions were answered. What to see? What insurance did we need? Do we want a balcony suite---of course!!! What size bed? Which tours do we go on once we get on land?
What was really over the top was the excel spreadsheet Laura sent us with travel dates, times, activities, and lodging with specific notes like: Stay on ship. Full day in Denali. Prepaid optional Aurora Borealis Tour. Included Riverboat Cruise w/lunch!!! How cool is all that detail???
Not too many travel agents will go to all that trouble to literally spell out the what, when and where of it all! If you want quick responses to your emails, details about every little thing, including information about historical sights to visit once you are at your destination, Laura will go the extra mile to get it for you. Suffice it to say, we are not going anywhere without booking our trips through Laura.
